DogEgg258Welcome to *[green]Garden[/green][red] Rush[/red]*, a 2-players tile-placement battle game in a vegetable garden. Skillfully *plant [green]Veggies[/green]* in your Garden and *harvest* them in specific patterns. Use tools to help your Garden flourish and get the most out of it. Or use them to create nuisances for your opponent. Once a player reaches 40 points, after a fair turn, the player with the most scores wins. 1maintitlebar_content

DogEgg258Before we start, let's look at how things on the screen are placed. The board is divided into two sides by the *Hedge*. Hedge is where we take a token. On the left of the [red]*Hedge*[/red] is a [blue]*trampoline*[/blue] where we can preview the next tile (on the right if you're sitting on the opposite). DogEgg258In your turn, you must either *plant Veggie* or *harvest a *Veggie bed* in a certain pattern*. It's now our turn. Let's plant the [green]Broccoli[/green] on the right! [tip] Select the rightmost *[green]Broccoli[/green] token*. You can see that the boxes in the column where you take show "x2" while the others show "x1". Look, *[green]Veggie[/green]* token placing *in its column* gives you a double while a single in other columns. There are 4 tools printed on the garden: *Basket*, *Wheelbarrow*, *Watering Pot* and *Glove*. The [green]broccoli[/green] was placed on the [green]*Glove*[/green], so we *must* use it effect: Place another token from the hedge as a normal turn. 1maintitlebar_content

DogEgg258Our opponent placed an *Eggplant* in their middle and passed. Look, if we choose any tile on the right of the *eggplant* on the hedge, our opponent can place the *eggplant* onto a place nearby that exists after refill. DogEgg258There's a [blue]*toolbox*[/blue] in the hedge. Except *[green]Veggie[/green] tokens*, you can also find *[blue]Tool[/blue] tokens* in the hedge. You can either place a *[blue]Tool[/blue] token* in your garden or the opponent's garden. There are no differences for the columns. If you place it in your garden, after refilling the hedge, you must use the token's effect. If you place it in the opponent's garden, flip it into the *mole side*. Moles do nothing except take up space! !!! In both cases, you must place the tool in an empty space *without a printed icon*. 1maintitlebar_content

We don't need them right now. [tip] Let's place it as a mole in the opponent's garden. DogEgg258Harvest time! Let's harvest the [green]broccoli[/green]. At the bottom of your garden, you can see some tiles that show harvest patterns for each [green]*Veggie*[/green]. We have the three [green]broccoli[/green] tiles that form the middle pattern. [tip] Let's select the [green]broccoli[/green] tile at the bottom. The 3 [green]broccoli[/green] tokens are highlighted. You can use the "show next" button to change the pattern saying like only harvest 1. But in the current case, let's just harvest them in 3. 1maintitlebar_content

DogEgg258When a token with a "single" side is harvested, it will be discarded. When a token with a "double" side is harvested, it will be flipped into a "single" side. After harvest, each token in the pattern gives you 1 point. Your [blue]Gnome[/blue] on the scoreboard moves forward according to the score you gain. DogEgg258With the toolbox bonus on the scorebox, you may either: 1. apply the bonus action of *any visible tool token or tool space in your garden*; OR 2. you can *move a Mole token from your garden into your opponent's garden* (still, except for the tool space). 1page-title

DogEgg258Always remember, the Tool/Mole token can *NEVER be flipped* for the rest of the game. But you can use [red]Wheelbarrow[/red] to move them to another space except the tool space. When either the *Trampoline* cannot refill or any player has *reached at least 40 points*, the end game is triggered. If this happens at the end of the First player's turn, the other player takes one final turn. *The player with the highest points wins the game. * That's all for the tutorial. 1maintitlebar_content
