At some point I was unable to access the game interface

• What was displayed on the screen when you were blocked (Blank screen? Part of the game interface? Error message?)
There is no error message and the issue is only on my account. The interface for all games are misaligned interfering with game play. I have a screenshot

As additional info, I use chrome on an android phone, (version 128.0.6613.88) and I use the BGA app
