Rules: a rule of the game has not been respected
Detailed description
• Which part of the rules was not respected by the BGA adaptation
hot air balloon is supposed to let you achieve a top opponent's card as long as they have an achievement of matching value and you are eligible. I had well over 40 score and no 8 achievement, my opponent had a top 8 and 8 achievement, but it still would not allow me to achieve that 8• Is the rules violation visible on game replay? If yes, at which move number?

To achieve a 8 you should have a top card of at least 8, at that moment your highest top value is 7
