#111244: "Order of players never changes across multiple games"

No matter how we start the game (rematch or brand new game), the player order in our 4-player game has never changed after 5+ games now. The starting player has changed (which is fine), but we want the actual order of the players to be randomized. At the beginning of each game, there is even text that reads "Rematch with the exact same players detected: player order has been swapped." - but this never actually happens...
