The interface blocked me to do some game action authorized by the rules
Detailed description

• Which was the game action you wanted to do?
on my turn, system does not allow to pick hand cards in right and second to right position

• What do you try to do to trigger this game action?
with three out of four hand cards being a two, this move shall be possible

• What happened when you try to do this (error message, game status bar message, ...)?
only two cards cards left can be marked for playing; no warning message pops up
• What is your browser?

This when picking to send to a perch? Was the card highlighted? F5 help?
Nothing in the code looks at the specific cards in hand.

as discussed have removed tooltip for mobile, it should help fix not being able to select cards
