Detailed description

• Which was the game action you wanted to do?
I wanted to play bridge card, game would not allow me to play any cards, I could only pass. Happened x 2 moves and cost me the game. I had played this played and lost x 4, so this was very upsetting for me!!

Force close app and re-open
Click on link in game to refresh
Nothing worked

Error message but I didn’t capture what it said

Only happened towards the end of the game. Happened twice then I lost the game.

Also unable to use bridge card, any bridge card (got a new one in my hand at least three times after the error appeared. This is the error: Unexpected Error: Error while processing database request (reference: GS5 15/09 21:08:27)

Same issue as above, unable to play bridge card as my last card. This is the message that pops up

Tried to move to laptop and the issue was the same. Refreshing doesn't help. Went onto turn based play but still doesn't work

Reported this problem before, got a message it was fixed yet had it again today.
At the end with all cards revealed in a mine, the bridge can't be played despite tradeable cards available.

Happened for me too at the end of two games.. luckily won both.. i had one unrevealed card at spot 2 and the opponent had one unrevealed card at spot 8. I knew his card was the 2 of my colour, so tried to switch using 2 bridge cards i had in my hand. Both did not work and i ended up passing and discarding my entire hand. I came here to make a report but it looks like the bug is already well known.

I have had this exact problem in 2 games now. It has only happened near the end of the games, and both times my opponent had played a hanging bridge card on his previous turn. I click on my bridge card and get the same error message reported above, then I can't play ANY cards and can only pass. Refreshing doesn't help.

Happened to me with hanging bridge. Restarted and tried on mobile but got expelled and got time penalty. lost a bunch of ELO

Lorsque je peux finir la partie, à plusieurs reprises (sur plusieurs parties différentes), en voulant jouer la carte du pont suspendu, cela m'affiche un message d'erreur en me disant d'appuyer sur F5, et impossible de jouer cette carte, même en réinitialisant la page. A certains moments cela me coûte la défaite alors que j'aurais dû gagner.

Similar Error. Unable to complete move and F5 did not solve the problem. This was the first time I played the card in the game, and ended up leaving the game due to being unable to complete the move.

F5 did not solve the problem. Will have to abandon game because I can't complete the bridge card but I can't undo the action so play is stuck.

Was able to play the bridge but get the same GS15 error no matter what 2 cards I choose to swap so I can not complete the play. Nor can I undo/back up/choose another card to play instead so my time is ticking away but I can not take my turn.
