Detailed description

• Please copy/paste the error message you see on your screen, if any.
90+% of the time when I try to access the BGA app on my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note10), I get a message saying "Sorry, but this internet address has been used by some players who did not respect Board Game arena terms of use." This happens at home and at work (I happen to know that no one at these places uses BGA), even when I'm using mobile data. I've tried reinstalling the app and using the website on my phone but get the same result. This has been happening for about 3 or 4 months now.
When it does let me on, I have invariably lost Karma points for not finishing games, and now my reputation is 'Very Bad'.
When I use my laptop computer, from home or work, I can get straight in, but I prefer to play on my commute to and from work.
I can't think of anything I might have done to break the rules (I did use the word 'Damn!' once in a chat) and I have never been barred from any other website or app on my life. I am generally a very happy-go-lucky kind of person.
I would love to keep using your brilliant platform but if this can't be resolved soon, I'll be saying 'Goodbye' to BGA.
Thanks for your attention.
