Display bug: some game information displayed was wrong (with no important consequence on the game)

When spectating a game, the game page shows large empty boxes for the bid/hand/sort options.
They should be hidden.
This can easily be achieved with a CSS rule to hide these elements when the .spectatorMode class is applied to the top element:
