You can probably reproduce this problem by making a selection in the game, then trying to reset it.

I booted the game; 2 player; real time; selected a tile that gave me 3 tiles; I noticed I could have got 4 so I clicked reset; I clicked it 5-6 times and it didn't react - no loading or animation.
