In a 3 person game, the Road is to be reset as so:
Updating the Road: 3+ Players
All cards with coins on them are discarded and replaced
After replacing cards, each of the 6 cards in the Road have 1 coin placed on them -

All cards from the previous draft were left and we were not given 6 cards, but 5. please see my photo for reference.
