Report history
On turn #228 pililif got 1 of these colonists due to their hospice (settler).
On turn #239 another colonist phase (mayor) has been excecuted, and the last colonist has been assigned. Then the number of colonists was checked again (0 left) and triggered the end of the game.
I don't think there is a bug here, because the number of remaining colonists is only checked after the colonist phase (#217, #239), but not after settler phase on #228.
Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
