• Which part of the rules was not respected by the BGA adaptation
Income not increased for line in Detroit after round• Is the rules violation visible on game replay? If yes, at which move number?
I can't tell from the log, and it's been more than a day so I can't look at the board or watch a replay.• What is your browser?

At the end of a round, the value of Detroit is increasing correctly. If you expand a line to Detroit, it adds the current value to the line. But after any subsequent rounds, when the value of Detroit increases, it should also increase the value of the lines that are in Detroit, but it doesn't. It should behave just like when you develop Pittsburgh or Wheeling.
