The Thermal bomb was played on C2 on Floor 3 so that the Hawk could escape to the roof. A stairs token was placed on the tile showing stairs going down as on D4 but the stairs were going up. Would it be possible to rotate it, please?
I don't think this is the same sitation as bug #40459 as that was asking for a token on the floor below.

I experienced a similar issue where I tried to use a Thermal Bomb on the top floor to create stairs going up to the roof but the stairs went down instead. I'm not entirely sure this is the same issue based on the first report, but in my case a down stairs token was added AND the stairs actually went down (i.e., I could not go up to the roof as intended, only down a floor).
