#77458: "possibility to donate rice / gold without any resource left"

During my last move, I was able to donate rice/gold an (almost) infinite number of times (even when I had no resource left). I had to skip in order to stop gaining points.

At the end of the game, I had 7 supplementary points. They only appeared at the final evaluation and not during the game (and do not seem to appear during the replay => after a replay from 65, the results of the game are also not available and bga is unable to compute statistics).
