Suggestion: in my opinion, the following would greatly improve the game implementation
Detailed description
• Please explain your suggestion precisely and concisely so that it's as easy as possible to understand what you mean.
Playing scenario "War is Upon us" I lost one of my CAs on the heads up engagement without much damage dealt to the Terran. I will quite obviously lose the match. Yet I am not allowed to concede the game because % progression is below 50%.
It is the same on round 5. Terran cruisers can retreat on round 6 and I cannot because of damage.
Could you bump the game progression a bit? At least in some scenarios.• What is your browser?

As concede is at 50%, you can concede when half of your fleet has been destroyed.
