Rules: a rule of the game has not been respected
Detailed description
• Which part of the rules was not respected by the BGA adaptation
Both players purchased a map token for $3. However, one player had the map token administrator, once per round, and only purchased one token. Either I should have paid $5, or she should have paid $1, but we both should not have been able to purchase a token for the same amount.• Is the rules violation visible on game replay? If yes, at which move number?

The amount of money deducted was correct (one dollar) for the owner of the administrator card, but the log was wrong.

If I buy a map before other, it custard $1 but if I buy other improvements first, I need $3 to buy a map
