Restraining Order used on a zombie, unable to change aim to another player.• What happened when you try to do a game action (error message, game status bar message, ...)?

Ahhh, I was finally able to re-create it. It only happens in a small case when another player has the Zombie Serum equipment card and Restraining Order is used. Thanks for reporting this.
