The mockingbird allowed me to select another bird power (red-bellied woodpecker) which allows taking a wheat from the bird feeder. There was none, I was correctly allowed to reroll, but then wasn't allowed to take any of the available wheat. The power did activate the second time when the action cube reached it - the woodpecker being after the mockingbird in activation order.

@MatthewT123, thank you for looking for an existing report, and for the detailed description. This issue was actually a completely different bug when rerolling while repeating food based powers, which has now been fixed.
