Suggestion: in my opinion, the following would greatly improve the game implementation
Detailed description
• Please explain your suggestion precisely and concisely so that it's as easy as possible to understand what you mean.
• Because all having the same potential is one key feature of roll&writes
• Because comparing different builds choices with the same given resources is a great way to learn from each other
• Because it would prevent most (internal & external) complaints about flips favoring some player
• Because for me, me & my opponent playing a game with different opportunities looks like a strong (blocking) issue from a competitive point of view,
Don't get me wrong, I think the way everyone has a different pencil is fun & very elegant.
But as soon as I'm aiming for "serious" play, I'd really want something even, since it can be done so easily.• What is your browser?

Wanted to note that you can currently play daily challenge with multiple people.

This option would allow for fairer head-heads as both players will get the same starting station and pencil powers removing the imbalance that can occur in the current asymmetrical format. I'm not saying remove the current options, just please can we have an additional option.
The daily challenge mode shows the coding for this is already written. This extra option just needs implementing as a per-game setting giving a fresh deck shuffle for each game (and obviously without the leaderboard).

This option would be useful for tournament games. (I'm not even sure how tournaments work under the daily challenge setting - would I get to play a second game in a tournament having learned from the first, if I play on the same day?)
