Detailed description
• Which part of the rules was not respected by the BGA adaptation
Playing the meteor variant, I chose to allow a meteor strike. I then chose 'undo'. I was then asked to choose whether to allow a strike, but this time it was on a different square.• Is the rules violation visible on game replay? If yes, at which move number?

In round 6, after restarting the meteor appears above the crater placed in round 4, instead of the one placed in round 5.

It seems like the meteor dice were applied twice in the same round for two of the players in round 5. This caused an impossible situation for those two where the meteor moved up four spaces.

This happened to myself and at least one other player in our game today. For me, meteor was set to strike row 4, column 7. After selecting "allow strike", I selected "undo". Now the meteor is set to strike row 1, column 7. Reloading does not restore it, nor does going to a different game and coming back. Repeating the allow/undo does not move the strike again.
