At some point I was unable to access the game interface

• What was displayed on the screen when you were blocked (Blank screen? Part of the game interface? Error message?)
Players in game and error message along side only thing showing.• What is your browser?

I was instructed to press F5, but couldn't because of being on a phone.

Game loads on my android device.
Hopefully if you try again, it will load now.
To refresh on android you can either pull down (works like webbrowser) or just try to shut down the app and restart it.
