I didn't see it.

When I tried to leave the game, after the first player had been kicked out of the game due to time lapse, it wouldn't let me. I got an error message up top, as a temporary banner, that read something like, "Are you sure you want to quit this game? You will receive a penalty because you will be the first player to leave." But it wouldn't actually let me leave. I got that error message every time I clicked "quit," even stacking the message on top of itself if the previously one(s) hadn't disappeared yet.

I proposed to abandon collectively, which eventually worked. But the third player said that initially, when they tried to join my proposed abandon, it wouldn't let them.
