Rules: a rule of the game has not been respected
Detailed description
• Which part of the rules was not respected by the BGA adaptation
I used the Recon 1 Center card as an Air Power and could select a unit in the left flank.
I don't know if it's only because the left flank unit was adjacent to a unit in the center section, but as it stands, 1) I could have selected just that unit
2) the order of bombing went from left flank to other units
neither of which should be allowed to happen• Is the rules violation visible on game replay? If yes, at which move number?

Table #262662438, move #533 : I played Recon 1 on the left flank, and I could order units E1 and d2. I don't cheat, so I ordered a group of units on the left flank.

A Recon 1 center card played as an Air Power only has to have a minimum of 1 unit targeted in the center section. The FAQs page 22 states:
"The Air Strike must target at least one hex in the section designated by the Recon 1 card played as the Air Power"

The scenario for table #262662438 is played with Blitz rules, so I played Recon 1 as an Air Power (it’s better to say it).

Ok I think I understood your questions.
So:
1. the recon played as air power, will ensure that you have selected as least one unit in the corresponding section (not necessarily the first one)
2. The UI let's it but when you try it throws an error
maybe it was bugged 3 months ago but now it works, I tested it
