The rulebook attached has "EN" for English and uses the flag of Great Britain, yet the writing is in American English not British English. If the rules are in American English, it should use the American flag above the "EN"• What is your browser?

The flag is British, but American "center" is used, not British "centre" in the example so either the flag or the writing needs changing. It may even be that there is a mixture of British English & American English, but I haven't analysed it to that extent, sorry.
