At some point I was unable to access the game interface
Detailed description
• What was displayed on the screen when you were blocked (Blank screen? Part of the game interface? Error message?)
Whenever I try to play my turn, I get an error notification and on the game play I have been constantly disconnected from game server• What is your browser?

F5 did *not* solve the problem.
Trying to play using Firefox did not solve the problem.
I do not want to get penalized for not taking my turn in timely manner. :( I cannot even communicate with the other players :(

This had been happening for almost 3 days now and I think I'm in danger of getting a bad report when it is not even my fault.

I am in the middle of a game when I get disconnected even though I am connected to the internet at my end = I then get penalised and lose the game,. WHY does this happen when I am payingBGA for their service??
