Suggestion: in my opinion, the following would greatly improve the game implementation
Detailed description
• Please explain your suggestion precisely and concisely so that it's as easy as possible to understand what you mean.
There needs to be UI feedback as to whether a Combat Doctrine is active or not. It would help a lot in understanding how it works. Particularly with new players, it's not clear that it's something that needs to be "activated".• What is your browser?
Google Chrome v98

2. Mar 2022 17:29 • It is not clear from the UI when Combat Doctrine is active or not. My first impression was that Combat Doctrine were "settings" that persisted through all battles. However, now I suspect it doesn't work like that. I believe it works like this:
- if the Combat Doctrine is "active" for a player, then their ships will automatically fire
- the Combat Doctrine must be activated each combat, by clicking on the "Combat Doctrine" then "Use"
So the problem likely is there's no UI feedback that the Combat Doctrine is active or not.
