Suggestion: in my opinion, the following would greatly improve the game implementation
Detailed description
• Please explain your suggestion precisely and concisely so that it's as easy as possible to understand what you mean.
An "are you sure you don't want to..." type message should appear if the play doesn't make the "bet on the exact bid". Even a "please choose your option for the Bet on the Exact Bid" - it would be better if it weren't optional.
I forgot to make that part in the 1st round during the betting stage - (actually I just assumed I would be prompted after the bid that is specific to the number of tricks) and would have appreciated an in-game reminder instead of missing it completely.• What is your browser?

Bet is pretty risky, and players do not bet quite often (especially beginners or cautious players).
Requesting confirmation or selection every time for no bet is not worth it.

I get what you're saying - but I wanted to bet and missed my chance because it wasn't clear. Is there a way to make it clearer then if you don't want to code it in?

It still only says "You must bid the number of tricks to take", at the top of the screen during this phase, which makes it feel like the Bet (which is a different thing) will happen later.
You've made "no bets" the default (with a faint red border), but I don't think it should be mostly ignored like it is now. Betting isn't that risky (just 1 sand dollar early game) - and it is part of the game. It should be more obvious when you are supposed to do it.
