#51541: "option to turn off all confirmations and remove the first place a stone button "

I get that they are needed for small screens but it would be nice to be able to turn them off for a faster experience. Now it is something like 3 clicks to place a stone when only 1 should be needed.
I also think the first place a stone button is superfluous for all formats as there is a confirm place stone later in the turn if you happen to missclick.
