I changed the goal slightly. Now a little less restrictive. You still have to form a pure sub-stack of all your checkers. But it can be on any square, not just the rightmost square. And it can have enemy checkers above and/or below it.
The reason for this change was that a tactic was discovered which gave a strong advantage, among top players, to Player 1. The change seems to have solved the problem. It's said to be a more complicated game now.
