Thanks for the report. Unfortunately there's not a lot I can do or say here without seeing the situation and knowing what happened before the 504 issue.
This sounds more like a general BGA issue to me than anything to do with Deus specifically - but it's hard to know without more details.
Please come back with more info if you have it (and can remember), but unless you can or (especially) if others report a similar issue I don't see what I can really do about it.
