At the end of round 3, I discharged 3 patients. I was supposed to get 5 points. My score still shows 0. My total score still shows just 1, for the blood bag.

We got 1 point per patient, but the rules say if you discharge more than 1 at a time, you should get more points than that.
We also did not get extra points when using the hospital administrators.

In the last round my opponent saved 6 patients = 11 points
However she ended up losing 6 points for per blood bag used. I also used blood bags but did not lose points.

I used a bloodbag in multiple games to change the colour of one dice in order to fulfil my administrator bonus points; however, when value 6 is discharged, the colour of the dice changes back to its original colour and I do not receive the administrator bonus points.
