Detailed description
• Which part of the rules was not respected by the BGA adaptation
When the Museum of Retired Spacecraft event was revealed, it was executed beginning with the player to the right of the current player, counter clockwise. It should have been executed beginning with the player to the left of the current player, clockwise.• Is the rules violation visible on game replay? If yes, at which move number?

Also, after this is executed it would be useful if this card is displayed with the ships on it. (in the current score showed all the points of the current game state, it wouldn't be an issue. but everything should be trackable visibly without relying on the misleading point count)

I have seen the bug happen in 2 different 3 player games. 188783812 is one example.

The game is clearly going COUNTER-clockwise, even though the card in the game specifically states that the decisions need to be made Clockwise.

Table 205118603, Moves 154-157 (Chrome Version 93.0.4577.82)
We experienced this as well. Game makes selections counter-clockwise instead of clockwise.
Additionally, the card states "Display this Event near the Achievements" but it does not appear there.

Game #298239067 around move 72. Only 1 player chose to spend a ship, so you can't see it from the log. but the turn order was mdogg235 -> mweston -> Phred00 -> Bokenator and when the Museum was resolved Bokenator had to choose first and then backwards order.

It is hard to tell sometimes because if someone passes on putting a ship in the museum, it doesn't get logged. So when it is your turn (in turn based games), you don't really know who had passed. I would propose that passes also get logged.
