At some point I was unable to access the game interface
Detailed description
• What was displayed on the screen when you were blocked (Blank screen? Part of the game interface? Error message?)
No error message - the game just didn't start. But I was penalized for late play and then abandoning the game. I honestly don't know how this happened.• What is your browser?

I was waiting to be matched with an opponent, on the Play Now screen. After waiting for several minutes, I refreshed the page and was notified that I had timed out of a match. The “searching for 1 opponent” message had not gone away the whole time, and I never got a notification that the match had started.

J'attendais d'être mis en correspondance avec un adversaire, sur l'écran Play Now. Après avoir attendu plusieurs minutes, j'ai actualisé la page et j'ai été informé que j'avais expiré un match. Le message "recherche d'un adversaire" n'avait pas disparu tout le temps, et je n'ai jamais reçu de notification indiquant que le match avait commencé.
