Detailed description

• Please copy/paste the error message you see on your screen, if any.
There are numerous points in the game during which players are taking multi-step actions to expend and/or collect resources. For the majority of these it seems as though the resource counters by the player’s mage area / mat are not updated until the action has been finalized.
For more complicated actions (especially for late game collection turns) it would be very useful if these counts would update as you made selections about what to spend or gain.
This could be implemented either by showing the currently selected +/- change next to each resource counter or by actual changing the number dynamically but highlighting it in some way to indicate it’s not the current pre-action value. -

Report history
During the collect phase, something that looks like a speech bubble shows above the components that either 1. gives you essences with no choice involved (ie seer gives you 1 calm), or
2. that you've chosen the essences you want to take with up to that point, but before you've move on to the other components (which the games throws at you in an order you can't personally pick).
So as soon as each of these speech bubbles show, your totals should also show in the mat area in the upper right. The mat area should update as each speech bubbles appears, not only once you've made final selection for all your components.
This would much more greatly match what playing this game is like in tabletop.
Here how's I and most people would go about it in tabletop: I would immediately collect the one obligatory Calm Seer collects, the two obligatory Elan that Chalice of Fire collects, and one obligatory Calm that my Hawk collects, and so on, and add those to my essence pools. Then, I'd move on to my components that involve choices. Let's say I've a got Celestial horse a Cursed Skull and an Alchemist's Tower, some of these to have constraints on what you can collect, some don't. It gets complicated, and here on BGA you can't even be helped out having your obligatory collections reflected in your total.
To solve this on BGA you should be able to either
1. Choose what order your go about collecting from your components in
or
2. As the speech bubbles show (either immediately because they're obligatory, or after you confirm your pick for each, but before you've confirmed for the next or 'started over') those speech bubbles should reflect in your mat area.
Personally, I prefer the second option between the two, but both would work to make the collection process more simple like what it is in tabletop.
If it is necessary to follow the variations in the number of essences during any action in progress, this must be done on a separate temporary display.
Maybe I misunderstood this suggestion, but this temporary display seems already implemented. Also, this suggestion seems to me, in its generality, not only useless, but contrary to the smooth running of the game.
Many times it is not clear what essences you will have after choosing the exchange or payment and would be great to have a live update when you exchange or collect did not have a choice in essence you would get
