• Which part of the rules was not respected by the BGA adaptation
alors que sur le dernier jet de dés, le nombre de sabres requis a été atteint en même temps que 3 têtes de mort, le jeu plutôt que d'appliquer la règle des têtes de mort et de ne faire gagner aucun point, a déduit les -300 points comme si le nombre de sabres n'avait pas été atteint.• Is the rules violation visible on game replay? If yes, at which move number?

This user got both 3 skulls and required amount of sabres with pirate ship. Sadly, it counts as a failure. You have to both get required sabres and keep skulls under control to get bonus points. Otherwise you are penalized for failed bucaneering.

reproduced in game 123519887 move 59. I have rolled a gold, 4 sabres and 3 skulls. The way the card text is written indicates that getting sabres is the first logical check."You will have to roll at least four sabres. If you succeed, you earn 1000 points in addition to the points you‘ve earned (the sabres you‘ve rolled count as a combination)." So, regardless of how many skulls you roll, the card suggests that sabres are king. But the game appears to check skulls first, and you fail on 3 skulls regardless of the card text. Either the text should be changed so that the 3x skull fail is paramount or the code needs to reflect this slightly different treatment for the Pirate ship card.

not a bug. you need the required amount of sabres and less than 3 skulls to prevent the negative points. confirmed by the publisher
