The capital asset Catalogue Empire did not give my company money when I clicked to use it. It still greyed out as if it worked, but no money was awarded to the company.• What is your browser?

It doesn't give the company money. It gives operating revenue that can be withheld or distributed as dividends during the operating round.

if that's the case then I would strongly suggest to create a pop up message to avoid such mistakes.
