this is ROYALLY annoying...it has resulted in several game losses since you can't undo the placement. Please change the behavior or have undo roll back everything -- thanks for listening!

Yes, I concur!
I just had this happen, where I thought I could use a foreign agent on a tile where I had a Shop, but no assistant cubes.
I couldn't get the UI to work, so I clicked on an adjacent area, where I was preparing to send my president to get a 5-power action and the 5-power token.
Instead, the foreign agent activated with NO confirmation or cancel button.
And then I looked around to restart my turn (which I have done in the past), only to discover that it will not UNDO the foreign agent.
Extremely frustrating and may make me reluctant to play or recommend this game implementation in the future.

The other way around is also unexpected & frustrating (even more, I would say): if the player decides not to use the foreign agent at the beginning of their turn, they cannot decide to change their mind.

Was playing at table
boardgamearena.com/4/yokohama?table=267123125#top and had a similar thing happen. I tried to play my agent to the Customs area but realized I didn't have what I needed to do what I wanted, tried to undo and the game just skipped my turn.

In addition to the above, it would be nice if the "undo" feature was for the entire turn, rather than for undoing a half-step in one of the phases. It's a bit too easy to make a mistake with the additional actions (e.g., reconsidering using a foreign agent), or with mis-clicking something in one of the main actions (e.g., accidentally selling goods instead of buying them in Chinatown, moving the wrong cubes around after donating to the church, etc.). These oopses with the interface can have major consequences for your game strategy, so a proper "undo turn" or "confirm turn" at the end of each person's turn for a game this complex just makes sense.

Yes! "Undo" should include 'Additional Actions' BEFORE Main Phase Actions. They are part of a player's 'turn', it is just expected behavior that 'undo' starts at the beginning of that turn. Thank you.

Yes! Please please please fix this. I just lost a game because I clicked Continue too soon and did not use a foreign agent. "Undo" must go back to allow use of the additional actions like foreign agents.

Upvoting this! It would be GREAT to be able to undo all the way to the beginning of your turn -- to be able to re-do the foreign agent/complete order step, etc if you accidentally click through it! a FULLY undo option would be so welcome

There are multiple suggestions about undoing in different situation.
I suggest having a possibility to have an undo check at an End Turn confirmation. (Similar to other tile plavement game where you can try around and undo the whole turn)
As no new cards will be revealed until End Turn, undoing will not reveal extra information, but give player a better experience by not having misclicks.

Game needs undo for the foreign agent activation as well- basically, without hidden info there's no reason not to roll back to the beginning of the turn.
Just had a foreign agent activation misclick that might cost me a game...
