Similar bug happened here. First round, mission is 1st and 2nd player same suit. Everyone played yellow, mission failed.
Players just do not understand the rules. If a player wagers Intel („plays a suitcase“), then the color of their card changes to trump. So even first and second player both play (for example) yellow, if the second player wages intel, the second card is considered trump. And if yellow is not trump, then first and second card are considered being of different colors.
=> not a bug.
