The interface blocked me to do some game action authorized by the rules
Detailed description
• Which was the game action you wanted to do?
I can't write any number and I want to use joker as energy action to create more space for numbers. But only action I can use it for is Astronaut (print screen).• What do you try to do to trigger this game action?

That's correct, you have 8 near the Moon, you cannot write anything but 7. But 7 must come with astronaut. Not a bug

If I would be alowed to use joker as an energy action I could do a line somewhere and I could place any number even without the astronaut.

I disagree.
From rules:
"Wild action: You can use a circled Wild Action symbol whenever you want."
From that I think it is pretty clear I can use it before choosing a number.

Using a wild action let you change the action of the combination you pick, you do NOT get an extra action
