#167338: "Bescods Upgraded from Trading Station to Academy but received a Research Lab instead"

I just encountered a bug. My faction (Bescods) has the ability to upgrade directly from a Trading Station to an Academy. I just tried to do that and the interface correctly asked me if I wanted the right one or the left one... I picked the left one... and it upgraded my structure to a Research Lab instead. This occurred during the first round.

No. The replay doesn't show the options at the top that allowed me to pick the upgrade path.
