Floater Leasing gave 1 ME per floater, as opposed to per 3

In chat - you can see I got 15 ME production but only have 15 floaters (should ahve gotten 5)

same problem, table 663278761, move 915, I had 11 floaters and got 11 M€ production instead of 3 (11 divided by 3). Browser Opera 118.0.5461.41

I gained +10 M€ production from playing Floater Leasing, when I only had 10 floaters, and I should have got only +3 M€ production.
