Display bug: some game information displayed was wrong (with no important consequence on the game)

Scroll down the page till only hand is displayed, and mouse over a card, the card details is displayed out of the small card.
This results the details are not disappear until you mouse over it. • What is your browser?

I am unsure how bga platform is handling this scroll, but I suspect they do some tricky stuff by js.

Avoid checking min top pos when modal pos isn't `side`.
