it says 7 pts "per" 3-score quests, but the game gives only 7 pts for any number of 3-scroe quest• Is the rules violation visible on game replay? If yes, at which move number?

It does not say, "per." (That would be overpowered.) It says you gain 7 points if you manage to complete at least 3 quests.

I am very mistaken!
The Wicked Wench does, indeed, give you 7 points PER 3 completed quests. However, the key word there is "completed" and you have but 5 completed quests, so 7 points was the correct result.
