I obtained a quest from exploration, the quest count was updated but the quest itself isn't displayed until I hit F5.

I just encountered this issue on Table 657369884 Move 224. I was concerned because I took a quest card that was a duplicate of one that I already had, so I had to dig into the rules to ensure this was valid selection. Pressing F5 did resolve this issue.
