Rules: a rule of the game has not been respected
Detailed description
• Which part of the rules was not respected by the BGA adaptation
I played English Commodore and it didn't count the two English influences.• Is the rules violation visible on game replay? If yes, at which move number?
The bug happened in this game, in the last round, when I, Raferpal, executed the move in area 18. Last round.
I couldn't find the move number.• What is your browser?

On move 493, you played the English Commodore. It didn't "count" the English influence because that's not part of the cost.
You placed an assistant in area 16. I don't think you ever activated him, but I stopped looking because I'm not seeing any bugs here.
