On the 5th round we were prompted to vote on global policies. We were not able to pass or lock in, and the interface looked like we were selecting two policies at once.

We were unable to proceed with the game. No errors were displayed. Select 0-1 Global Projects to vote into play and 2 to discard, both options were selected
