• Which part of the rules was not respected by the BGA adaptation
I see no reason why the card would not have any effect on the actual turn as no rolls were done yet.
No clear indication in rule book about it but does not follow the logic.• Is the rules violation visible on game replay? If yes, at which move number?

Made in a lab allows the card to be purchased "at the start of your turn" so when I purchase an ability at the start of my turn that gives 4 rolls every turn, it should apply to that turn. This is a bug. Also happened in table 639449573

I'm not sure it's supposed to. It behaves the same way with the Extra head (I assume it's the same with the Natural selection).
I see it as you getting the dice and number of rolls before you purchase the card, so these cards don't affect your number of dice and rolls.
Made in Lab is still quite a powerful card, and adding this change would make it even more powerful, too powerful for 3 energy cost.

I'm pretty confident this is a bug. Made in a Lab says "At the start of your turn, you may buy 1 Power Card" and cards like Extra Head ("you roll 1 additional die each turn") and Giant Brain ("you may roll the dice 1 additional time each turn") have nothing in their text that adds the dice or roll at the "start of your turn". Also the "start of your turn" happens before the "Roll Dice" phase, meaning they are in your play area when the "Roll Dice" phase begins so it should be no different than if you had the card before your turn started.
