Rules: a rule of the game has not been respected
Detailed description
• Which part of the rules was not respected by the BGA adaptation
This table was a 2-player co-op game against the P.I.
We won the game.
However, it is marked as "tie/draw" (my settings are German, so I don't know which word is used in English) at the end of the game.
In the result email, we both have (0), which usually means loosing in co-op games as far as I understand.
I assume the root cause might be that we both have 8 tentacles in the end, which looks like a tie, but in this game it just means we won.
According to the rules, I would expect "players win" and (1).• Is the rules violation visible on game replay? If yes, at which move number?
End of game• What is your browser?

I don't see an issue here.

"Players win, P.I. loses "
and
"Players lose, P.I. wins"
Players are not competing against each other, so "tie/draw" is just not possible. Players win by both having 8 points.
Let me try an analogy:
If Tom and Mike are playing beach volleyball against another team, and they win a match by both scoring the same amount of points: noone would say "Tom and Mike ended with a draw" or "the game ended with a draw".
The result would be "Tom and Mike won the match".
Same thing here.
