• Which part of the rules was not respected by the BGA adaptation
I activated the city festival card which lets you draw up to your hand limit with the machine card that increases the limit up to 5 already activated. the effect was just skipped

actually it seems like the implemented effect on the card is *activate as many cards as you like* instead of the written effect

when you don't handle the effect of a city festival card card by just activating another card, it leads to the ability to activate as many cards as you want
