On page 2 of the appendix under section 3, Major Improvements, it states for the Joinery, Pottery, and Basketmaker's Workshop that, "Because you get those bonus points without spending the building resources, they do also count towards the tiebreaker." In the last play before the end of game it said that I paid 5 reed for bonus of Basketmaker's Workshop. That reed should have remained in my supply for the tiebreaker procedures.
